Book it for October or November, before the first hard frost. Once temperatures drop below freezing, water left in the lines can expand and crack pipes, valves and heads.
Our fall winterization (blowout) starts at $80 for up to 4 zones; larger systems are quoted by phone. Across the GTA, a 1–4 zone blowout is commonly around $100, and up to $140 for larger systems. Book for October or early November, before the first hard frost.
Usually from mid-April to May, once the ground has thawed and hard frosts are over. We restart the system, check every zone for leaks and broken heads, and program the controller for the season. Spring opening is $60.
Yes. Most of our service calls are on existing systems. We work with all the common brands, and if we can't identify a part we'll find a compatible replacement.
Same-day repair visits are usually available. Call or text us and we'll tell you the earliest window that day.
It depends on the size of the property and how many zones it needs, so we quote it on site. The visit and the design are free, and you get the price in writing before any work begins.
The work we performed and the parts we supplied, for 3 full years. If something we installed or repaired fails within 3 years, we come back and fix it.
